AI and Digital Science

The Artificial Intelligence and Digital Science Research Center (AIDRC) is pioneering global digital transformation, through fostering the adoption of safe, sustainable, and reliable intelligent autonomous and connected systems, applications, and services. Our globally renowned AI, cyber-security, and wireless telecommunication experts work closely with key international organizations, such as ITU and 3GPP, to bring to life practical solutions to key challenges and make a profound impact to society.

Autonomous Robotics

The Autonomous Robotics Research Center (ARRC) is leading the advancement of robotics, computer vision, and bio-inspired technologies in the region. Our international team of experts from top-tier academic institutions and research organizations specialize in perception, communication, control and decision making, bio-inspiration, and modular and self-organized autonomous systems. We explore their application across multiple environments: air, land, on-sea and underwater.

Biotechnology

The Biotechnology Research Center (BRC) utilizes recent advances in molecular, cellular and digital technologies to develop human expertise and biotech. We address various challenges in advanced biorobotics and environmental applications while enabling better healthcare outcomes through molecular and genomics strategies, as well as AI enhanced bioinformatics and biomedicine.

Cryptography

The Cryptography Research Center (CRC) brings together theoretical and applied cryptographers to contribute to the proliferation of this ever-evolving ecosystem. Our world-class cryptography experts collaborate with key industry players to offer advanced solutions to address the threats faced by today’s digital societies.

Propulsion and Space

The Propulsion and Space Research Center (PSRC) drives global research and educational empowerment in Propulsion and Beyond Earth Exploration. Through our partnerships with leading global institutions, our research areas include aerodynamics, aircraft propulsion and turbomachinery, space exploration, with a transversal focus on artificial intelligence, disruptive propulsion designs and sustainability.
